Sneak Peek in my classroom

My initial thought was to create this blog as a teacher blog and share ideas. I am now several posts in to my new blogging adventure and I haven't even posted one teacher related post. #teacherblogfail. My teacher friends and I realize we spend way more time at school than we do at home so we have truly poured our hearts into creating fun and unique classrooms down to the last detail. These two are the most dedicated and creative teachers I know and I am so excited to give you a sneak peek into our classrooms. Prepare for photo-overload.

Welcome to my classroom!
I can NOT keep  a clean desk!
These are just a few fun items on and around my desk. I love owls and bright colors...and chevron!

She made these. Who has time for that??

Spray painted file cabinet...and matching Kleenex. Knowing her, this was intentional.

  1. I love your room! I'm also an owl lover and have several in my classroom. Where did you get your stools around your table? They are so cute!

  2. I rescued them! Our middle school building closed to go to a single campus school and these neat benches were in the sewing room. They even open for storage! I just spray painted them and stapled on some fabric...perfect for first graders! Thank you!!
